As Vice President of Operations, a role he took on in 2005, he played a pivotal part in the company's strategic direction. Jerimiah ThompsonExecutive Vice President
Jerimiah’s journey at EGP began in 2000 on the front lines as an installation and delivery technician. His foundational experience led him to play a key role in the creation of the company's IT department in 2003. Expanding his skill set, he moved into the sales department as the Major Accounts Manager in 2011 and eventually rose to the role of Executive Vice President in 2018.
Wade MorganSales Director
Wade joined EGP Document Solutions in March 2025 as Sales Director, bringing 18 years of experience in the document management industry. He leads the sales team in developing strategic solutions that help businesses streamline their document workflow and improve efficiency. Wade is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships and driving growth through a consultative, customer-first approach.
Vince BarrettSales Operations Manager
A dedicated EGP employee for over two decades, Vince has gained comprehensive experience across both technical and sales functions. He started as a service technician in 1997, giving him an invaluable product-level perspective. Leveraging this foundation, he successfully transitioned to sales in 2018, advancing from a Document Solutions Specialist to Sales Coordinator and later Interim Sales Director before his promotion to Sales Operations Manager in March 2025.

Beginning as EGP's first service technician, Brett has held a variety of leadership positions that have given him a 360-degree view of the company. His journey from Service Manager and Director of Operations to IT Manager provided him with a well-rounded skill set, culminating in his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in 2018..
Shane KeigansService Manager/Dispatch/Parts
Beginning as an installation/delivery technician, Shane quickly moved into customer service and dispatch from 1986 to 1995. His aptitude for management led to his appointment as Dispatcher and Parts Manager in 1995, where he oversaw key operational areas. In 2017, he earned a promotion to Service Manager, bringing extensive hands-on and leadership experience to the role.
Darrick TallantService Manager/Logistics
Darrick’s career at EGP began as a shop technician, where he built a foundational knowledge of the company's equipment. Now, he leads the teams responsible for the full lifecycle of equipment movement, including meticulous setup, seamless installation, and final delivery. In addition, he directs the critical functions of equipment shipping and receiving, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently and accurately.
Evan WhitlatchIT Manager
Evan’s career at EGP showcases a remarkable journey of skill diversification. Starting as an installation/delivery technician, he gained critical, hands-on knowledge of the company's equipment and client needs. With determination and a natural aptitude for technology, he leveraged that foundation to move into the IT field. His successful progression through the department and appointment as IT Manager demonstrate his expertise in both the physical and digital aspects of the business.
